NeuralStar Expands In Strategic Command
A core organization within Homeland Defense is adding NeuralStar to manage several additional converged networks, both large and small. NeuralStar will provide the agency with network availability, performance and service level reporting across its tier one and tier two systems. “The network has become the critical resource for inter-group and inter-agency communication,” commented Phil Carrai, CEO of Ai Metrix. “Managing all components has become a necessity.”

Ai Metrix Expands Presence in South America
Building on its recent entry into the South American market, Ai Metrix announced two new partnerships on the continent. Sao Paulo-based Insideware will act as a distributor and Porto Allegre based NetCentrics will serve as distributor and integrator for Ai Metrix's NeuralStar product, the industry-leading solution for converged network management. Ai Metrix announced the general availability of NeuralStar 7.1, its award-winning and industry-leading product for management of converged networks. Key features of the new release include:

Another DoD Agency Chooses NeuralStar
Yet another agency within the U.S. Department of Defense has chosen NeuralStar from Ai Metrix to provide service assurance and consolidation for the network operations and security center of its tactical warfighting units. The agency will use NeuralStar to consolidate operations, manage network availability and performance and provide service level reporting across secure and unsecure networks incorporating a wide variety of voice, video and data equipment.

NeuralStar Earns Trademark for DopplerView™
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has awarded Ai Metrix a trademark for DopplerViewTM , the performance component of the company’s award-winning NeuralStar solution for near real-time management of converged networks. DopplerView provides customers the ability to:
- View a wealth of performance information, fully integrated with network availability data.
- Visualize changes in performance and response-times in gradations, much like color radar for weather reporting.
- Collect performance information in standard intervals or poll on-demand to drill into specific areas.
